Discriminatory behavior: I witnessed the staff member exhibiting discriminatory behavior towards certain customers based on their religion or appearance. This is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any public service setting. Recommendations: Training: Implement training programs for staff on customer service and communication skills, emphasizing respect and professionalism in interactions with all customers. Performance monitoring: Consider installing CCTV cameras or other monitoring systems to ensure that staff are adhering to established customer service standards and providing equal treatment to all customers. Complaints process: Establish a clear and accessible process for customers to report negative experiences and ensure that complaints are addressed effectively and fairly.
