PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA

Hello sir/madam I have applied for Indian passport last year i.e 16/8/2024. My police verification has been done and sent from the sp office.Its been a year and half but I didn't get any update on my Indian passport. I tried calling the given number but it's not responsive. I request you to kindly go through my status and let me know. I'll be grateful.

My passport is pending It's been 5 month, but still I don't receive any calls or message from the regional passport office so kindly do your work properly the government is paying your dues and requesting the representative to check all the pending documents wich we've applied.. Thanks

The office is about 2kms away from the Tenyiphe junction. Good location, there's space for parking too. There's a washroom but it's a bit of a nightmare. Would be nice if more discipline was enforced in the office timings and appointments. It was a bit of a chaos waiting for the office staff to come. Also, people would randomly go without a proper queue.

Like every great government enterprise, this relatively newly constructed but dilapidated passport office is part of the "newer" DC complex. Yes, government employees here are as inefficient and slow as elsewhere. Yes inordinately long wait times are to be expected. No you won't be given any updates. Yes it is a day in your life wasted. Brilliant stuff really.

I am from Assam and applied for passport in taatkaal quota. In the application process I select DIMAPUR PSLK as this place is the nearest among all PSK's and got a message from passport website mentioning time and date of appintment. I visited the place accordingly in shedule time. They want my papers. I handed over evrything to them. Now, the cat came out of bag. They said the can't process the request as I am from Assam. Now my question is, if an Assam's habitant can't obtain passport from this PSLK , why their website given me the appointment? Secondly the communication to this PSLK from DIMAPUR railway station is very poor. So, my advice please select GUWAHATI as your PSK instead of this worst class PSLK. One more thing is that the staffs are not punctual.

Hi Sir/Madam please look into my request, I had applied 18 September 2024 and the both side police verification is done Mon District and Tizit police but still my passport is not even dispatched. According to Government Nagaland requirment to issue are 30 to 45 days. But it's crossing limit. Please do work fast and first.

So disappointed with the service. It's been over a year since I applied my passport and till date the police verification is pending when I have already gone through three specific verifications back in the hear 2023, even the application process has shown no further progress. Their landline number doesn't work and it's really a disadvantage to go every now and then to the office because of the distance.

Good location and spacious parking space. As for me service was okay. The waiting rooms and compound can be cleaner and friendlier. Add some greens in the rooms, corridors too to make the place more fresh and alive.
