Shahapur Post Office

Hello, My name is Aniket Rakhade Today I went to the post office to send a courier. I had visited the same post office twice before, and even then my experience was not good. But today when I went, I spoke with one of the staff members named XYZ. He told me that the item I wanted to send should be brought without packing and that I must pack it in front of them at the post office. This was completely new for me. I have sent couriers from post offices all over the country, but I have never experienced this before. I had a box with me that had a footwear brand name printed on it. The XYZ staff told me that I needed to cover that branding and also do all the packing in front of them. I said okay because I respect all the rules. However, the way that XYZ staff spoke to me was very insulting. He was talking loudly, waving his hands aggressively, and behaving as if the post office belonged to him personally. Instead of helping people, he was acting in a very rude and dominating manner. I felt completely disrespected. Because of this, I decided not to courier through the post office and used a private courier service instead. If government services are meant to help the public, then such behaviour from staff members is unacceptable. Due to just one staff member--who also sits next to the passbook printing counter--the whole experience becomes negative. My visit date: 02/11/25 Time: Around 11:00 AM This has happened to me all three times I visited. I ignored it earlier, but today there were many elderly people present, and he was speaking to them in a very disrespectful manner as well, as if he owned the post office. Strict action should be taken against this behaviour.

Most lethargic approach. I hope I could give negative stars. Least bothered about delivery of parcel in time. Nobody pick up the phone on given number. Hopeless service.

Banking facility are not good because of staff they are not providing services at time.
