We recently stayed at Della Resorts and booked two Garden Villa Suites for our family vacation. The rooms were extremely spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. The attached private garden added a lovely touch and made the stay even more relaxing.
The property itself is huge and beautifully maintained, with plenty to explore. We enjoyed the adventure activities as well -- I personally did cycling and horse riding, which made the trip even more memorable.
The breakfast at Cafe 24 was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The resort offers six restaurants, giving plenty of dining choices. We had dinner at Parsi Dhaba, which was very tasty, and lunch the next day at Villa Bistro, where we had a wood-fire pizza that was honestly the yummiest pizza I've ever had.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a perfect family getaway. Highly recommended!
I recently visited Della Resorts & Adventures, and I genuinely want to appreciate what this property represents. The authenticity, legacy, and strong sense of identity truly stand out. The architecture, curated experiences, adventure activities, and cultural essence reflect years of thoughtful brand building. It's not just a resort -- it carries a legacy of experiential luxury blended with ethnicity and bold design. That uniqueness is what makes Della special and different from other destinations.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the PR and marketing communication, particularly with the new PR /Marketing Head, Ms. Ruchi .
Unfortunately, her interaction style and marketing approach felt unprofessional, rigid, and lacking guest empathy. Communication was unclear and did not reflect the premium brand image that Della promotes.
If the new PR leadership under Ms. Ruchi does not improve her interaction skills, communication strategy, and guest-centric marketing approach, it could seriously impact Della's legacy and future reputation. A brand built on authenticity and strong heritage must ensure that its public relations team reflects the same values of respect, professionalism, and warmth.
Della has built something powerful over the years -- but strong legacy brands require equally strong and emotionally intelligent leadership in marketing and PR to sustain growth and trust.
Overall: Incredible property and concept, but the PR and marketing management urgently need refinement to protect the brand's future.
The property is stunning. We really enjoyed along with our kid. Staffs are very courteous and help. The only room to improve is the dinner menu options. It can be more varied. Else it was a wonderful stay and we will surely be back for a different season
Della Resorts truly offers an exceptional experience! I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The ambiance was absolutely delightful, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a fantastic getaway! The spa experience was very good.
Recently stayed at Camp Della for two nights and we have mixed feelings. The rooms, location, maintenance of the glamping rooms was top notch and very beautiful, loved the flowers everywhere. Room service was prompt and car service for to and fro from main resort was very good.
Loved the dog walk, horses and all the other offerings of the hotel. kids were delighted to see them.
We had two small kids hence didn't opt for the adventure park. During our stay we dined in at cafe 24, parsi dhaba and villa bistro,special mention of the waiting staff at villa bistro, they went above and beyond for us. All had great food, quality was amazing. Ambience was amazing as well.
Cafe 24 where we had breakfast and dinner one night had a decent breakfast spread with ample delicious options. However they were lacking the hospitality aspect. The waiters were just huddled about,inattentive to needs of guests, the service of the staff was not up to par with any five star establishment. There was no communication about where the breakfast spread is from the staff that showed us to the table.we were seated outdoor and weren't even aware that there is a spread indoors as well. This was consistent the three times we dined here, so there is a lot of scope for improvement for service.
Visited Della Adventure & Resorts and honestly, it's not just a resort, it feels like an entire world built around luxury, thrill, and pure design brilliance. With 6 resorts and 300+ rooms, I had the chance to experience almost all of their premium room categories, and each one feels uniquely crafted with a strong theme and attention to detail. Every inch of the property screams creativity, from the playfully exquisite bathrooms to the upscale bars, vibrant interiors, entertainment shows, and the overall atmosphere that constantly gives you an element of surprise. The moment you walk in, you get that lingering feeling of "Awe" that stays with you.
What impressed me the most is how brilliantly Jimmy has developed Della into a destination that caters to every kind of guest: families, couples, corporate groups, thrill-seekers, and luxury lovers. The Adventure Park is next level, the hospitality is polished, and the entire place is designed keeping in mind people's priorities, comfort, wants, and lifestyle expectations. It's rare to find a property where design, experience, and entertainment come together so seamlessly. Della isn't just a stay, it's a full experience worth repeating.
A big shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ashish Sharma Ji, DGM of Della Resorts, who explained everything in such detail and made the overall experience truly smooth, premium, and unforgettable. This trip has genuinely become a lifetime memory. Highly recommended!
What a service! Seriously have been to lot of luxurious and 5 star properties but this stood out in every aspect. Everything was amazing, the room, the service, staff, food. 1. Service - This was the highlight of the whole stay. Firstly even during rush hours of breakfast, Naz Parveen was on top of everything. She served us what we asked for quickly and with precision. She was very kind to our 8 month daughter as well. Also Nancy again from restaurant, when I asked if there is a room where I can breastfeed my baby without going back to my room, she quickly arranged a private room. Also kept a lady staff at the door so that no one could enter the room when I'm feeding my baby. Ajay, the driver was very knowledgeable and respectful. These were the people with whom I interacted the most and they helped the most, but the rest of the staff was on their toes as well, helping and making sure our stay was comfortable, even the staff handling animals.
2. The baby cot - We asked for a baby cot and got one immediately. It was a life saver :-P. Very nice, comfortable, safe, great quality cot and the staff made sure to roll a bedsheet and put around cot so that baby doesn't bump her head. Very thoughtful
3. Food - Food was amazing with too many options in breakfast (have not seen this many options even in Radisson or Le meridien). Whatever we ordered or whichever restaurant we went to, food was too good and service as well.
4. Rooms - Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean.
We stayed in Della for 2 days. We had wonderful time. Rooms are amazing and staff were courteous. Just avoid going on weekends. Its too crowded.
There was only 1 setback. We loved having dinner in Villa Bistro but 1 guy didnt know his work being in hoapitality industry named Atharv Patil. He didnt let us use restaurant washroom and rather made my kid n husband walk all the way outside.
2nd day same happened to me. Della needs to train staff to respect the people who have come to stay with them for relaxing. Never have i had such stupid experience.
Otherwise we had amazing experience with Della.
