Good service I have make full family passport received quickly I recommend all people go with Shivam world

If I could rate in minus I could have.. this guy takes the money for passport and stops answering calls.. I had an emergency to apply for passport.. this guy took money and did not recieve calls.. I had to apply through someone else.. I called up soo many times that I lost count, he made me call him untill 6th to refund my money.. he literally made me feel like I am begging for my own money.. he refunded from which he deducted 500rs stating that this is my consultation charges.. there was no consultation done.. just noted the information in his form.. most pathetic services.. neither did he apply for my passport online nor did he answered calls.. he made his wife answer all the calls and she kept dodging the money aswelll as topic of passport.. I had the forbidden experience..

Fraud person. Took money from me in December 2021 for passport and till date I have not received any information about it. When I call he doesn't pick up or his wife pics up and starts giggling. I have visited his shop which is in his house and he doesn't open the door. Total fraud.

Not a good service at all. Once he gets his money thats it after that when i tried to follow up he was not answering calls didnt inform about the where abouts the passport from the portal. Worst service till now
