I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members at the Akshaya Center, in Thumpamon. A few months ago, I visited the center to update my address on my ration card. Since then, I have contacted them several times for other services, and each time they have answered my calls promptly and with enthusiasm. They have consistently been polite, knowledgeable, helpful, active, confident, and pleasant in all their interactions with me. I truely appreciate the excellent service provided by the Thumpamon Center and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team there. I assure you that I will continue to visit this center for any future services, even though there is another center closer to my location. I will also be happy to recommend Akshaya Center, Thumpamon to my friends and relatives.

Aadhaar card update was done very well. Excellent service. In many akshaya centers, the staff will go around a bit, but here they did the work very easily.. Special thanks to Excellent &Efficient staff Mrs Chinju paul.

Excellent service received at this centre especially by Ms. Chinchu, the aadhaar enrollment person. She handle the aadhar updating/correction and all other process to aadhar and her performance/guidance/information/knowledge on Aadhar enrollment was outstanding. Most recommended place for your Aadhar updation/correction. She was very kind, and seen giving valuable information to customers regarding Aadhar enrollment, especially she is helping Old guys and assisting them for their needs. She patiently handles all queries and without any hesitation giving information. She's a milestone to the firm. Keep it up Madam. Appreciate your good work.
