Passport Seva Kendra

Very good place. Extremely helpful staff. Especially the security guard uncle and the information desk people. We messed up our application but they assisted and resolved and helped us in every single way possible. Don't know if it was due to rain or something, but the office wasn't too crowded. Okeish crowd. We went and got out in less than 15 minutes. The other mess up and clearing it took another 15 minutes. No other extra payments (depends on various applications).

Due to some mistake, my PSK location was assigned in Neyyattinkara instead of my preferred location of Vazhuthacaud for my kids' passports. But later, I felt this PSK location was a blessing because it has good parking facilities and the PSK staff and Assistant Passport Officer are friendly. Highly recommended this place.

Passport Seva Kendra offers systematic procedures and courteous staff who guide applicants through the process clearly. The facilities are organized and secure, ensuring proper handling of documents. However, the main drawback is the long waiting time, as appointments and processing often take more time than expected, making the overall experience slightly tiring even though the service quality is good.

Documents 1. Online application receipt 2. Aadhar original + xerox 3. SSLC marksheet original + xerox It just took around 45-50mins for the whole process. And had a good experience. Good staffs.

This place will make you feel like unbelievable with its services. Till you enter their office, you will see a dirty ugly shopping complex. (Obviously, it shows all qualities of a government-owned building). The moment you enter the office, from the security guard onward, you will see all those who show a polite service attitude. You may wonder whether you are in a government office or not. Everyone responds and serves properly and you will find less crowded well-organised services here. If you ask to mention any negative point, I think all the B sections need a microphone to announce the name of people as their voices come out very low towards the waiting area. You need to be a bit more alert about the name announcements. Overall it is an amazing model government office

I had good experience with this centre.Tatkal took around 30 min to complete entire process. 3 address proof are mandatory, its better to take eprint of aadhar if there is difference in names.

Usually not so busy or not so crowd. Good coordination, Token system is not working according to the system, you should listen for your name to call from each counters.

First of all it was very difficult finding the location of passport seva kendra inside the akshaya complex with no visible sign boards and the entire path looked so untidy..Authorities should look into this matter and do the need ful.Second, its about a lady staff in counter whos very arrogant and rude(had not seen such staffs in recent times).She doesnt converse properly and is so impatient with not explaining anything in detail.She mocked my mother in front of everyone for asking a basic doubt and had very rude and cheap facial expressions.All other staffs were well behaved.
