Akshaya E-Centre

I went here thinking this would take a lot time. They have a counter to address quick issues. Also multiple counters to address Aadhar updation and other updates as well. The lady who attended me was clear and provided queries for my doubts without any hesitation.It was the best ever experience for me in an Akshaya center yet. Keep up the good work.

Worst Akshaya experience ever - avoid the Pattimattam centre at all costs. I visited the Akshaya Pattimattam centre for an Aadhaar address change, and the experience was extremely frustrating and honestly felt like a complete scam. First, they insisted I go and get a residential certificate. After paying 100-200 and getting it from the panchayat, they suddenly said it also needed attestation from a government official. When I got an attested certificate from the hospital, they rejected it and told me it must be attested only by "Anoop Doctor" from Kadairippu -- which clearly felt like a personal tie-up or side business. To make it worse, I later went to the Akshaya centre in Arakkapady and they completed the Aadhaar address change in just five minutes with a simple affidavit. No unnecessary steps, no running around, no extra charges. This clearly proves Pattimattam Akshaya centre is misleading people and making them do pointless procedures just to extract money.

They handled the process very professionally and provided proper guidance. It is a good place with helpful staff.

They charge service fee as they like. Eventough their is a fixed fee structure approved by the government, the owner charges fee as he wish to be. Don't get scammed..! Charging 200 for an ownership certificate is too much I would say.

They are charging double and triple for everything. Their new staff are arrogant and incompetent. Have bad behavior as well. Overpriced and finally no results. Services are charged and mostly nothing gets done. The worst. Highway robbery. If atleast the results were attained, it would have been justifiable.

Really cheating people & totally abusing behaviour of staff and owner. Today i was updated 'Kathir app' with the help of Akshaya team at pattimatom. They were initially done with some wrong site and then done after so much confusion and sparing time (actually a 10 mnts case ). This service they told and collected Rs. 200/- and later i was checked with other Akshaya & janaseva kendra , all are charging only 100/- for this service. Really be careful while dealing with them.
