The staff in this post office is less knowledgeable and provides misinformation when asked about how to renew an accident policy that I joined for my father before 65 years ,even though I mentioned that this is the third time I want to renew it ,they told that it can't be renewed since father crossed 65 years and your account would have closed in postoffice ,so I can't renew . But then when on the date of renewal I got a message in phone that since the account was inactive the money for policy couldn't be renewed. But if I added money to that on the account on the day which I called and enquired (which was much before the policy renewal), my policy would not have expired. Now a 15 lack accident policy joined in post office three years before almost crashed because of the lady who attends phone call in the pot office .It's Pathetic ,they are least interested to be knowledgeable about the service they provide in the post office, I called them thrice in the day in which I was thinking to renew the policy which was much before the renewal date . She was shouting at me and cutting call . They are not interested to provide the service here in postoffice ,just wanted to tell something and cut the call, I even asked them can I visit the post office ,she told that there is no point in coming !! March 7th is the day that we got to know that it is possible to renew if I just put the amount in that post office account, despite asking details about the post office account and how to renew she was clueless and cutting phone even when I asked can we come to the post office . Such shoddy service mentality and least knowledgeable.
