Good experience and well behaved staff.its a small space and usually not crowded there is no advanced technology but its oke because the staff are doing their job properly and basic and decent equipment already there.if you have 9.30 appointment or 10.30 going early is not a problem there if not crowded seating space is less and the seva kendra working near side of the attingal main post office building .

Located in the premises of Attingal head post office. Limited parking space. Courteous staff. Document verification done by staff at the reception and allowed to get inside. Very fast processing. Appointment should be taken even for minors.

Staff behaviour is good but. Too much delay. There is no enough space for waiting.

One of the best passport Seva Kendra. I have been here twice. And the staffs are soft spoken and very nice behaviour. They clear all our doubts and explain us everything very nicely. The processing is also very fast and in an organized manner.

I had a bd incident and good incident about this place. Bad incident is, my appointment was cancelled without updating me and I haven't got any message via email or message. When I reached this place after taking leave, realised that my appointment was cancelled. I remember I had paid extra for the message reminder. But anyway I have rescheduled my appointment. Now coming to good one: Unfortunately, I forgot the date and didn't appear on time for the next appointment. The lady in office called me and reminded about the appointment. She was helpful and even ready to wait for me until 02:00PM though my appointment was at 11:30. I'm giving 5 star for the staff behaviour and reducing 1 star for the technical issues facing with and not receiving notifications properly.

Good place... They keep social distancing, like every covid protocols. The 3 officers are very humble and kind to every one.The institution is situated inside compound and right side of atttingal post office. Good place. The institution is situated inside a compound, on the right side of the Attingal Post Office. There's no need to waste your time waiting for their services. It's a fast system that provides quality service. Near the institute, you can also get photostat copies of your documents. I received my passport after the police verification by the officer.

This PSK doesn't realise why they keep appointment time? Appointment taken for 2 pm and even at 4pm, we are still sitting outside.
