We booked our Malaysia tour package with Kairali Trails from 26/09/2025 to 29/09/2025. Overall, it was a good experience -- the arrangements were well managed, transportation was smooth, and the accommodation was comfortable. Everything went as planned, and we really enjoyed the trip. However, we faced one issue during our stay -- our room was locked when we returned because of a fine related to breaking accommodation rules. We waited outside the room along with little kids.We had no clear information about where to pay, or how to handle it. Unfortunately, Kairali Trails was a bit slow in communicating this to us, which caused some confusion and delay. Apart from this incident, everything else was good. With better communication from the team, it could have been a perfect experience. I humbly request Kairali trails to train their customer service staff well to enhance the customer experience.

Do not book their package. Their hotel accommodation was not even upto a 3 star hotel. Complimentary breakfast was given in some small restaurants with poor quality south indian food (while taking money they told it was continental food). They dont have a proper guide. Just one driver who throw tandrums and does not go along with our plans and timings. Overall, I would say they just want to make business and dont care about our experience. Do not fall for their low price package.

I had a very poor experience with their customer service. After clearly sharing all my requirements and mentioning that I am a High Net-Worth Individual, the representative named Jesna was not at all willing to assist properly. She abruptly ended the call saying she had a meeting and asked me to just check details on WhatsApp instead of providing genuine support. As a business owner, I expect professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, Kairali Trails failed to deliver even basic customer service. Definitely not recommended.

I have got my recent visit to Sri Lanka booked through Kairali holidays (both flights and hotel). I am extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism! Highly recommend!

PURELY SCAM!!! PLEASE READ OUR TRUE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING A TRIP WITH THEM. Our humble suggestion is would to try malaysia on your own or please move on with other travel agencies. Kairali failed to provide as atleast the basic level of experience. 1. The itenary works as opposite to their mentioned timing including the pickup from airport. 2. Want to mention his name. Car driver jai, who works under a travel guide so called Raghu. They were best in handling their clients at atmost discomfort. 3. As a tourist, we would definitely feel this as a school trip. We were forced to leave the location as soon as possible to make sure their day ends before 5pm. But they can come 1hr delay in morning, but they won't spare a minute after 5. 4. We had very bad experience on aquaria day itenary. The driver left from the spot since his own duty was delayed. He sent a message to move us on our own. These kind of very cheap activities are definitely the worst case which I doubt a travel agency would do? To mention their customer suppor, they run lawyer service, arguing their points, blaming us as of we should be aware on how every travel agency would work. They supported their drivers action on leaving us from the spot. We were left unknown in a place that was purely new. What?? I promise that every penny we spent was totally atmost waste and are at hell disappointment. So thinking of malaysia, better to follow on your own or try with other agencies. We don't know on how good they are with other loactions, but to malasyia please ignore them.

We five members enjoyed journey well . Accommodation was well at Hotel Loft. Travell in Bangkok and Pattaya also very best. Cost of package was sufferable . Anyway we enjoyed trip
