visited Robertson Pet KGF Seva Kendra Passport Office today for my passport appointment. Although my token time was 3:00 PM and I had to wait longer than expected, once my turn came, the entire process was completed in just 7 minutes. The officer who handled my application was extremely polite, well-mannered, soft-spoken, and professional. He completed all formalities smoothly without any stress or complications. His positive attitude and efficiency made me forget the long waiting time. Truly appreciated the professionalism and courteous behavior. Highly satisfied with the service.

If you're not in a hurry and can wait for about 30 to 45 days for NORMAL PASSPORT PROCESS then you can book your appointment at POPSK Robertsonpet in Kolar as appointment slots are available for the next day, while the appointment slots in Bangalore were only available after 30 days. For my re-issue Passport, I travelled from Bangalore to Kolar. They first verify documents and guide us to get photocopies as required and issue a token number. I would advise being prepared for a wait of about 3 hours since they operate on a token system. As token system is followed, please try to arrive at least an hour earlier than your appointment time to ensure a smooth experience. After passport appointment, you will get police verification-initiated email in 2 days. Police may reach out to you via phone, or you can check in person at the local police station. Once PV is cleared, you can track the status of your application on the Passport Seva portal. There are only three staff members working there, but all the 3 are truly exceptional - polite, hardworking, and dedicated. They don't close for lunch time or take a full lunch break; rather, one person would step away while the other two continue to assist applicants on their lunch break. I appreciate the exceptional service and efforts of the Kolar POPSK staffs in trying to manage the appointments as efficiently as possible. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my passport exactly in 30 days! So, if you can wait and willing to travel from Bangalore then Kolar POPSK office is a great option.

For Immediate passport appointment easily we can get the online appointment. Good service, although staff is less but doing der work timely. mine was done within 1hr. But general request to the people who r visiting this office, plz go in line as per tokens, enter only one person (yesterday I observed that all of the family members inside processing area) This vl disturb the staff.

It was faster than I thought.. went for reissue of my passport and entire process was done in 45 mins including waiting time.

Excellent staff, well controlled queue. If you are on time you should not be waiting very long. The person doing the verification informs in advance what's missing so that you have a smooth process infront of the passport officers. Keep up the good work.
