Worst experience ever over speed and negligence of the customers

Thanks to the team who managed the trip splendidly, the overall experience was fantastic. Tirupati was a memorable trip for my family. It was very helpful and organized to have Nirmala Travels' tour guides assist us along the way, allowing us to plan our tour comfortably and hassle-free. Nirmala Travels in Moodabidre impresses with stellar service at a budget-friendly cost. Their commitment to excellence shines through, offering a seamless travel experience. We had hired their services for three days for two buses. 1. Punctual: They would come on time. Usually, we would start very early (6am) and return late (11pm). Despite the punishing schedule, they would come on time. 2. Courteous and smiling: The drivers were always greeting us with a smile. 3. Flexible and patient: Though our broad schedule was fixed, we were making changes as the time progressed. They never complained. 4. Quality of bus: Spic and span. Very clean. The only thing that would have helped more, would be an Audio PA system for making announcements. Since I didn't mention it while hiring, they still deserve 5 Stars.

We had a great trip.. The driver were very good... I cannot find any one fault about the service provided... We will sure use your services again and recommend your service to all my friends and family... And finally we had a wonderful experience..
