Near from Lic office, Ram teerth Road. Local road way to the office is hilarious . Worst road condition so ur new vehicle definitely had free massage here. If u pic agent for fast work process than u r lucky otherwise table to table keepers ll bite u.n One more RTO office looks like someones Home so pls go with known person.

I recently visited the RTO office in Honnavara and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The first thing that struck me was the unhygienic environment inside the office. There were dogs roaming around freely inside the office premises, which is not only unhygienic but also poses a safety risk for visitors. Moreover, the seating arrangements for visitors were not relevant and uncomfortable. The chairs were old and worn out, and there was no proper seating arrangement for visitors waiting for their turn. This made the waiting experience very uncomfortable and frustrating. Another major issue was the lack of proper infrastructure. The employees were working without proper lights, which made it difficult for them to work efficiently. The office also needs a lot of infrastructure updates to keep up with the modern times. The entrance to the office was also in a bad state and needed maintenance. There was a lot of water on the entrance, which made it difficult for visitors to enter the office without getting their feet wet. Overall, my experience at the RTO office in Honnavara was very disappointing. The office needs a lot of improvements in terms of hygiene, infrastructure, and maintenance. I hope the concerned authorities take note of these issues and take necessary steps to improve the overall experience for visitors.

I would like to share my thoughts and advise others on how to navigate the process successfully. First and foremost, I would strongly recommend not going alone. The officials and staff at the RTO office can be quite rude at sometimes. It's best to have someone with you who knows the process and can guide you through it. There are generally two options when it comes to obtaining a driving license - either go through an agent or hire a driving teacher. In my opinion, going through an agent is a better choice since they are more familiar with the process and can get things done quickly. However, it's important to make sure that you don't end up paying more than necessary. I suggest paying no more than 2000-2500rs to the agent. Ultimately, I ended up going through an agent, and I must say that it made things easier for me. I also want to mention that I was lucky enough to have a friend who had already gone through this process and guided me along. So, if you have any friends or family members who have already gone through this process, I advise you to seek their help. In conclusion, if you plan on visiting the RTO office to obtain a driving license, I suggest going through an agent and not going alone.

Worst experience Lazy staff For small work I had come 6 time from karwar i spent more than 3k for bike fuel staff have no responsibility and no response 3rd class service i never seen

Worst office. Lazy staff they take 2-3 month to complete Small work. They not send LL in registered post because they not have passions maintain entry of it. Only have one break inspector instead of three. And ARTO COMES Once IN 15 Days for giving approval of work only. My suggestion is change this office name as break inspector office instead of ARTO. Because this office runs by an break inspector instead of ARTO
