I don't know why so much of negative reviews for this S.O, yesterday even if there was no floor and flat number on the package I was supposed to receive - when I called them and updated they took the update on the invoice and delivered the package in the same day evening. Thanks to the staff of Bannerghatta S.O. (additionally the number given is correct you should call and immediately get to the point that's all , they patiently heard my issue yesterday and solved it all through call only)

Worst service by the people working here. Cares for nothing. Also very rude in addressing to people's concerns. Timings on Saturday's for makings payments is closed by 11:45am. No response if we ask them.

Disappointed with the services being provided here ....! I didn't get my parcel yet so damn careless it's been more than a month now ......! I don't understand why they have to give the parcel to unknown person ..! They shouldn't be doing this things..! Work must be done in a decent manner..! Y they have to deliver to someone else who isn't the recipient..! .don't deserve a single rating...!

They don't even deserve 1star. I want to give negative star but we don't have any option. Delivery person won't deliver the parcel to delivery location... They say that the address not correct (Insufficient address) even if parcel is from some government bank how you could think any bank will accept insufficient address ????, they could not even call and they will return back to the sender. Totally fraud.
