My appointment at PSK Bokaro was scheduled for 1:00 pm, but I had to wait until 3:15 pm for my turn. The center was very busy, and the waiting time was quite long. However, once my number came, the document verification process was smooth and took only about 7-10 minutes

Office is small but good There is also seeting arrangment if you want to wait and outside the office there has space for park your vehicle's Process:- *Try to visit before the time of your appointment otherwise you have to wait for the last *The staff is Humble in nature *The total process is about 10-15 min *Carry all your original certificate with one Xerox copy of all *And appointment message with slip *They take your photo with DSLR camera *And also take your both hand fingerprint *And once all is done you have to sign on the document They gave you one slip that your verification is done and you also got a message in your phone and email Hope This will help you..

Excellent behaviour of employees, very appreciating

So first of all I visited this office recently. Hence I am sharing my experience. Process was overall quick as mentioned by others but the guy in the processing counter was slow as hell.. I got my documents punched and sent to him 2 hours before while there were only 7-8 guys before me. He was slow as a tortoise clicking slowing and verifying things one by one. So it may seems to be a good thing to few people but your time is also precious. It's not like you have an entire day for this when it actually takes 10-15 min. Also during summers , go with full preparation as only 3 small fans are there and area is conjusted. Lastly my experience was mixed had that person did his job a little bit fast , things would have been much pleasant and nice. As it's the only place where you can get your passport verified, hence get ready to check you patience level

Recently visited this place for reissue of passport , no token system in place as such, but hardworking single employee was able to tackle the applicants as well as carry on with the process. People need to be have some patience in such scenario. Only issue is not enough chairs for the people to sit.

He is forcing people to come with appointment print. But is is not required. No token system. He is very slow. He will not pick the phone which comes for enquiry. He is working as per his own wish. Favouring his known people. Andher Nagri Chaupat Raja. The official who is on duty here today, 12 August 2022 is manner less. He uses derogatory language. he is so slow, I had to come at 11am and now it is 12 pm. The way he is working will take further 1 - 2 hours. Let's see .... I will update further here Mine was completed at 2:10 pm. So look at the efficiency. Slot was for 11 and this inefficient official completed my turn at 2:10pm.

This passport office is in shambles especially when compared to the TCS managed ones I was used to seeing. However, the people there are really polite and helpful which is a refreshing change fr usual govt office babugiri. The 4 stars are reflective of the people there rather than the office itself.
