Post office Sopore

You don't even deserve one star! The delivery boy was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of delivering the parcel to my home, he called me and asked to come and collect it myself. When I mentioned that home delivery is expected, he spoke disrespectfully and refused to bring it. This is not the kind of service we expect from a government postal department. If the post office cannot ensure polite and responsible delivery staff, it defeats the purpose of having a home delivery system at all. Very poor experience, needs serious improvement in staff behavior and accountability.

One of the Worst Post office Ever seen in my life. Behaviour of Staff is rude with costumers. They should learn something from well educated moral staff of Indian post of India. Hope Govt and hounrable LG ll take strick Action against them.

Located in Sopore near Government Degree college Sopore. The image I have submitted is Post office of Sopore but the Upper side. Downwards are the local shops_ Readymade, Xerox shops etc Well Sopore post office is doing its job well. It ensures better quality of service and speedy delivery of parcels, posting variety of documents whether it is online form, letters or any other Important documents etc

Useless People. They don't even feel shame in not delivering the products. They simply Text you, after so many days of receiving the product, that "product has been delivered" so that you would approach them to receive your product. Utter Corrupt People.

I parcel two items through post office sopore one item reached one of them is missing.If you could not deliver the product sucessfully to the customer then for what are you doing there.

Worst service ever so rude and offensive. ask for your consignment they will behave as if u have asked for their kidneys. simply enjoying and doing nothing.

Behaviour of staff is bad and nobody is helpful there just sitting there Nobody from them deserve their position if you want a good post office just transfer them all to the for flung areas it is punishment for them
