Passport Office Kathua

Yesterday, I went to passport office kathua, with my parents. I have seen its small office located inside the post office area. But it's ok. Near by towns people can come to make their passports. Few years ago, I went to make my passport in Jammu . But this time it's near to hometown. 50% time saving as per duration. Inside office I met 2 passport officers, Mr. Vikrant Kaushik (VO) and Navjeet Sangwar (CSE). Both were good and helpful. Thanks to both of them to assist and polite way to deal with everyone.

I have a very bad experience in passport office Kathua.One person is there who do the verification in beginning has lot of ego and attitude problem he don't know even how to behave with public.I am pretty much sure he is not a TCS person he is looking like a government employee of Jammu and Kashmir.Iam staying 300 km from kathua I came for the fresh passport before coming I have enquired all the things from passport customer care and followed all the necessary procedures done online appointment taken all the documents whatever customer care has suggested.There were one mistake he find in my documents when I said customer care has suggested me the same certificate for identity proof he started argument why u have asked customer care you have to ask us means I have to come 300km to ask for the documents then I have to go back and come again to submit the documents first of all they don't have any contact number mentioned online offline for passport office Kathua location where we can directly call and enquire the things There is one passport helpline number for all over India where we can call and enquire the things Even there is no passport office board outside the office they are doing in post office.They need to improve the service and make the customer friendly environment.That person is looking fully frustrated.If he a TCS employee then they have to make the customer friendly environment if he is government employee then we can't expect anything about the customer friendly environment then we have wait him for his retirement or transfer because from government employee we can't expect customer friendly environment.it's looks like they are doing charity for us.
