The experience was really not cool the officers were asking the for the documents which are not even necessary due to which my verification got delayed so I would suggest you to Carry all documents like Aadhar ,pan 10 ,12 th and even voter along with their respective xerox carrying all these documents will definitely help you out .

My 1st & 2nd appointment was very bad because of that unprofessional verification officer.(Very Rude) BUT At my 3rd appointment which at 8/11/2024 & also last. There was a newly appointed officer and he was soooo professional and very charismatic. The best experience because of that newly appointed officer.

I visited the Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK) in Durg on September 3, 2024, around 10:00 AM, and had a highly disappointing experience. The verification officer was extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered. Not only was he disrespectful to me, but he also spoke rudely to a senior citizen, making us feel as if we were insignificant and he was superior. When I requested to retake my photo, as I wasn't prepared for the first one, he made disrespectful remarks like, "Aapko videsh jaana hai na, waha pr bolna ye sab" and "Aapko nhi pata hai passport ke baare me." Such behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I hope this review helps bring about necessary changes in the service and conduct at this center.

Very poor experience, passport officer is talking nonsense & asking unnecessary documents. Unprofessional & rude behaviour. Visit raipur office only even if it is far from your home. This officer will just waste your time. This office should be closed for the good of people living in durg Bhilai area

When u visit office and say that u have an appointment then he will direct u for verification nd that person is so egoist nd never explain u what is missing nd why do we need that nd how can we correct that. We need to ask 3-4 times but with no answer. Guidance is missing

Bad experience officer do not have have manner to talk.he is like anpad and gavar.officer should remove to another place.he should give traning to talk to people because on owr tax payment govt. Is giving salary.

Really bad experience The verification officer at 03/11/2023 friday was corrupt. As soon as he noticed that I work in IT in other state he started asking me for irrelevant document and when I said that I couldn't produce them then he offered to talk to his superiors and resolve this matter(if you know what he meant) so I said no to that so then he said I know that your passport verification could not be done guess you'll have to leave to chance.
