Passport officers are on time. Clean office. Somehow they take too long time to process. My appointment was at 9:45 and I was called at 11:00. That's very bad. They aren't too many people. So feels okay. It's a small office. Covid protocol isn't followed and there is no one to enforce also. So sad. Much of it is dependent on one officer.

Unacceptable Service from unprofessional staff.worst customer service. They are unwilling to provide clear information.they are all felt like they are IAS officers.. if a person comes to you with regarding passport related queries dnt underestimate them and dnt show your attitude infront of everyone. Worst service. Mainly the front office guy, they dont have minimum knowledge on the job and dont know how they are appointed. They are simply returning back without any proper reason. I have taken slot here and they are saying to book again and try again at visakhapatnam. I dont know what rule is this. The inefficient staff and worst service.

Worst service. Don't ever go to Srikakulam office, If you value your time. There will be one verification guy at the front desk, He don't know how to respect the people. Talks more and works less. Instead of taking the application in sequence order he will take the applications of the people that he know and talks rudely to others. Visited 3 times for renewal of my passport with valid proofs that are mentioned in the website still asked me to come again next time with a new excuse each time. Even the employees in the office also fight and shouts against each other in front of the applicants, and they later show that anger towards the applicants. I suggest people to go to the vizag branch, even it is little far you don't need to visit multiple times.
